Robert
J. Meehan
Bob has over 30 years of experience in transforming underperforming and distressed organizations. He is a proven, high energy, hands-on CEO with a history of improving competitive capabilities, cash flow and profitability in cash-poor, multi-location organizations with inadequate resources and outdated infrastructures. Bob transforms such organizations by execution and teamwork with an employee and cash flow focus as the driving forces.
During his career, Bob has led and advised companies across a broad spectrum of industries through the U.S., Europe and South America. Bob has been a CEO of middle-market organizations, a Senior VP & CFO of an NYSE company, a Managing Director of a Wall Street firm as well as a consultant in the nationwide headquarters of a leading turnaround management firm. He started his career with Coopers & Lybrand.
In addition to increasing shareholder value through organic growth, Bob has closed over 25 acquisitions and divestitures and regularly redeploys asset bases.
Bob’s international experience includes interim management engagements in France and the UK and consulting engagements in Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, China, Taiwan and Brazil.
Bob’s education includes: Financial Management Program at the Harvard Business School, MBA from Pepperdine University, Bachelor of Accountancy from University of Houston and a B.A. in Economics from St. Louis University.
He has lectured at the Harvard Business School and to the Georgia Bar Association. He authored “Create Revise Channels for Customers” published by Marketing News.

Arthur
J. Ferreira
Arthur has over 30 years experience leading operations and acting as a CFO and Controller rebuilding underperforming and distressed organizations. He is highly skilled in repositioning such organizations through restructuring operations, selling off non-core assets, implementing a detailed, disciplined cash forecast methodology and implementing processes to improve working capital management.
He has significant experience in all aspects of operations, long range planning, capital budgeting, profit planning, cost controls and the design and implementation of internal control systems. He has successfully negotiated forbearance agreements and renegotiated landlord leases.
Arthur spent over 20-years in tannery manufacturing rising to Executive Vice President of a organization in the U.S., France and Canada and sales offices in Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan. His consulting engagements include 40+ operational and financial evaluations of public and private companies with international engagements in Ireland and the UK. Arthur has closed over 25 acquisitions and divestitures.
Arthur earned an MBA from Babson College, M.S. in Taxation from Bentley University and a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University.
Arthur is highly skilled in designing and implementing a rigorous, detailed cash forecasting process.
